Guttering Maintenance
It's good practice to have your external gutters cleared of debris every year, blockages can lead to leaks and internal water damage.
The Spacevac Gutter cleaning System allows us to work from the safety of the ground to carry out a video survey to the gutter system, this will identify problem areas where debris is collecting. This allows us to use the high powered vac system to clear the guttering using the pole system and head attachments.
Additionally, our operatives are certified in roof top safety and harness restraint systems, which allows us to clear roof top gulley’s, not accessible from the ground.
Cladding & Facia
Is the cladding and fascia around your building looking tired or a bit green due to algae?
Again we have the best solution, our water fed poles used on our window cleaning systems are able to be adapted with a brush head that is specifically designed for cladding washing. Used in conjunction with our heated ‘thermo-pure’ deionised water supplies from our vans, we can remove all the grime and get your property shining again.
